Project Management Professional
Some people are starters and some are finishers. A Project Management Professional is someone with the determination to not only start a project but to stay with it until the end. They work closely with stakeholders and provide certainty that projects will be completed within the agreed upon timeframe and budget. These professionals can assign value to many different resources necessary to the project.
The main resource for any project is the people who will execute the tasks. As a PMP, you’ll work to assemble teams capable of delivering the desired outcomes. You will lead and motivate the team as you remove obstacles from their path and minimize risks.
The Project Management Professional exam will enhance students understanding of project management from the perspective of PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge(PMBOK). The Course will detail each of the 47 processes, as well as the numerous tools and techniques necessary to take a project manager from the very beginning of a project, with developing a project charter, all the way through completion and formal administrative closure of the project.
